Solar and Sky were blessed with beautiful puppies. We have four girls and only two males. . This female harlequin puppy has a clean white base color. She has her big black spots and two different colored gray spots spaced evenly on her white coat. She has a white face with very little black spots and a few gray ones also.. She has all the same white points as a mantle like her dad, Solar. She has four white feet, white on her chest and belly, white on the tip of her tail. She even has the white collar that goes all the way around her neck.
As of now I do not know her personality but her mom and dad are both sweet as candy. For the first week I am only placing the puppies on hold for the people on the wait list. Deposit are due at three weeks old. We ask for a five hundred dollar deposit at that time. The deposit is taken off the price of the puppy and the rest of the money is due when you pick up the puppy. The puppies will remain on this site on hold until then after I receive the deposit I will remove them from this page...
As with all my puppies I am just looking for pet homes, no breeding homes. For over five years I have only placed my puppies in pet homes with limited AKC papers. However for this girl only if you decide to not spay her we may be able to work something out together as I would love to have one of her puppies. I will consider that only after she turns two years old if she is all that I think she will be. No other puppies in this litter will be given this possibility and will be limited to pet homes only. We would talk about terms to breed if it comes to that in two years.
The history of the line is five generations of puppies from Guardian and Angel. Sky weighs around 160 when not nursing or raising puppies. She is the tallest and has the best head of all my female. She has more lip than most American Great Danes and she is a wonderful example of the perfect standard of the breed. She has a photo album of her own and also albums filled with her puppies pictures from past litters. I start with newborn pictures and update weekly so you can get a good idea how they will change over the weeks to come.
By law the puppies, will not be allowed to leave my home before eight weeks old. This is in the best interest of the puppy. They learn so much from mom during that time and should never leave her care until eight weeks. They must start bonding with the new home too so each puppy must be picked up before they turn nine weeks old.
Before they leave my home each puppy will have had two shots and will have been wormed three times. At six weeks old I will take them to my vet in Riverside, Dr Butchko for a full check up and the first shot/wormer. I start potty training at around three weeks old or when mom stops taking care of that job. I will feed them good food and make them fresh chicken, rice, eggs, and steam veggies. They will also have canned chicken from PetSmart and premium dry food from Costco. I due a fecal at around seven weeks sent out to a lab before they go to their new home. We try to love and handle them daily so they will be used to human contact. This is where you can be the most help by visiting them and allowing them to get to know you and your scent.
I attempt to update pictures weekly. We have play dates on most Sat so you can come play with the puppies and help me socialize them. We would love for you to bring your kids and family members to help with socializing them. I am constantly washing their bedding, changing the newspaper, and cleaning the food and water bowls. I bathe them at least once a week sometimes more than that.
They are raised inside in my living room until six weeks with me and my family. After the first shots at six weeks then they are allowed to go outside to play, explore, and potty train.
